Malaysia: Shares close higher on Tuesday

    MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Tuesday (Aug 30), with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 10.48 points to 1,512.05.

    Volume was 2.864 billion lots worth RM2.716 billion.

    Gainers outnumbered losers 453 to 406.
