Malaysia: Shares close higher on Tuesday

    MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 9.29 points to 1,818.68.

    Volume was 2.18 billion lots worth RM2.12 billion.

    Gainers outnumbered losers 432 to 409.
