Malaysia: Shares close higher on Wednesday

MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 2.950 points to 1,658.730.
Volume was 1.705 billion lots worth RM1.881 billion.
Gainers outnumbered losers 460 to 329.
