    MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 2.210 points to 1,757.240.

    Volume was 1.786 billion lots worth RM1.770 billion.

    Gainers outnumbered losers 460 to 362.
