Malaysia: Shares close lower on Friday

MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Friday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 15.35 points to 1,436.76.

Volume was 6.686 billion lots worth RM4.191 billion.

Losers outnumbered losers 801 to 289.
