    MALAYSIA share prices closed marginally lower on Friday (Sep 2), with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 0.77 of a point to 1,491.18.

    Volume was 2.179 billion lots worth RM1.573 billion.

    Losers outnumbered gainers 475 to 316.
