Malaysia: Shares close lower on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 0.03 point to 1,494.61.

Volume was 5.794 billion lots worth RM4.706 billion.

Losers far outnumbered gainers 790 to 256.
