Malaysia: Shares close lower on Monday

    MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 1.280 points to 1,651.710.

    Volume was 1.147 billion lots worth RM1.440 billion.

    Losers outnumbered gainers 444 to 333.
