Malaysia: Shares close lower on Monday

    MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 1.490 points to 1,669.500.

    Volume was 1.639 billion lots worth RM1.565 billion.

    Losers outnumbered gainers 324 to 484.
