    MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Monday (Sep 19) with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 15.79 points to 1,451.52.

    Volume was 2.185 billion lots worth RM1.763 billion.

    Losers outnumbered gainers 706 to 217.
