Malaysia: Shares close lower on Friday

MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Friday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 2.92 points to 1,575.97.
Volume was 4.395 billion lots worth RM2.753 billion.
Gainers outnumbered losers 498 to 467.
