MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 10.92 points to 1,590.73.

Volume was 6.681 billion lots worth RM4.257 billion.

Losers outnumbered gainers 912 to 301.
