MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 1.65 points to 1,510.57.

Volume was 6.127 billion lots worth RM5.195 billion.

Losers outnumbered gainers 790 to 351.
