Malaysia: Shares close lower on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 18.48 points to 1,549.05.
Volume was 2.744 billion lots worth RM1.482 billion.
Gainers narrowly outnumbered losers 485 to 436.
