Malaysia: Shares close lower on Tuesday

MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Tuesday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 1.31 points to 1,575.31.

Volume was 5.930 billion lots worth RM4.735 billion.

Gainers outnumbered losers 601 to 537.
