MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Tuesday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 11.38 points to 1,524.03.

Volume was 3.105 billion lots worth RM2.392 billion.

Losers outnumbered gainers 653 to 311.
