    MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Tuesday (Mar 22) with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 1.35 points to 1,585.81.

    Volume was 3.090 billion lots worth RM2.843 billion.

    In the broader market, gainers outnumbered losers 504 to 402.
