MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Tuesday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 14.53 points to 1,583.42.
Volume was 2.610 billion lots worth RM1.971 billion.
Losers outnumbered gainers 550 to 358.
