MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Thursday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 21.41 points to 1,504.91.

Volume was 5.122 billion lots worth RM3.872 billion.

Losers outnumbered gainers 685 to 300.
