MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Thursday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 10.05 points to 1,632.24.

Volume was 2.7 billion lots worth RM2 billion.

Losers beat gainers 669 to 225.
