MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 7.76 points to 1,503.90.

Volume was 5.14 billion lots worth RM3.586 billion.

Losers outnumbered gainers 611 to 412.
