    [KUALA LUMPUR] Malaysia share prices closed lower on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 10.82 points to 1,792.94.

    Volume was 1.788 billion lots worth RM1.977 billion.

    Losers outnumbered gainers 611 to 272.
