MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Tuesday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 26.91 points to 1,588.76.
Volume was 2.3 billion lots worth RM1.8 billion.
Losers outnumbered gainers 552 to 314.
