    MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Wednesday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 2.07 points to 1,523.86.

    Volume was 3.261 billion lots worth RM1.964 billion.

    Losers outnumbered gainers 524 to 388.
