Malaysia: Shares close lower on Wednesday

MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 1.95 points to 1,523.25.

Volume was 6.991 billion lots worth RM6.991billion.

Gainers outnumbered losers 571 to 495.
