    [KUALA LUMPUR] Malaysia share prices closed lower on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 22.47 points to 1,668.11.

    Volume was 1.68 billion lots worth RM951 million.

    Losers outnumbered gainers 532 to 256.
