    MALAYSIA share prices closed marginally lower on Thursday (Oct 6), with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 0.12 of a point to 1,420.43.

    Volume was 2.249 billion lots worth RM1.589 billion.

    Gainers outnumbered losers 435 to 328.
