Malaysia: Shares end higher

Malaysian shares closed higher on Monday, with the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index gaining 9.01 points to 1,670.90.
Some 2.95 billion lots, valued at RM1.93 billion, were traded. Losers outnumbered gainers 474 to 449.
