    MALAYSIAN shares ended higher on Friday with the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index adding 14.04 points to close at 1,715.58.

    Some 1.67 billion lots, valued at RM1.66 billion were traded. Gainers numbered 537 while losers numbered 283.
