Malaysia: Shares end higher on Monday

MALAYSIAN shares ended higher on Monday with the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 2.440 points to close at 1,670.840.
Some 1.7 billion lots, valued at RM1.65 billion were traded. Gainers numbered 401 while losers numbered 392.
