Malaysia: Shares end higher on Thursday

    MALAYSIAN shares ended higher on Thursday with the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index gaining 5.77 points to close at 1,678.80.

    Some 1.85 billion lots, valued at RM1.66 billion were traded. Gainers numbered 416 while losers numbered 381.
