Malaysia: Shares open higher

Malaysia share prices opened higher on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 2.5 points to 1,807.60.
Volume was 42.9 million lots worth RM17.2 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 98 to 54.
