MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Friday (May 20), with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 7.09 points or 0.5 per cent to 1,556.50 as at 9.24 am.
Volume was 364.3 million lots worth RM175.9 million (S$55.2 million). Gainers outnumbered losers 321 to 147.
