    MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Friday (May 27), with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 5.45 points or 0.4 per cent to 1,535.70 as at 9.15 am.

    Volume was 367.7 million lots worth RM153.6 million (S$48 million). Gainers outnumbered losers 208 to 183.
