Malaysia: Shares open higher on Friday

    MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 4.13 points, or 0.27 per cent, to 1,518.08 as at 9.05am.

    Volume was 179.42 million lots worth about RM78.47 million. Gainers beat losers 195 to 64.
