    MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Friday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 2.49 points or 0.17 per cent to 1,452.81 as at 9.09 am.

    Volume was 101.66 million lots worth RM42.25 million. Gainers outnumbered losers 145 to 96.
