Malaysia shares open higher on Friday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 4.60 points to 1,691.19 at 9.01am.
Volume was 49.52 million lots worth RM27.05 million.
Gainers beat losers 192 to 30.
