    MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 2.74 points to 1,624.36.

    Volume was 29.61 million lots worth RM9.17 million.

    Gainers outnumbered losers 69 to 68.
