Malaysia: Shares open higher on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 6.83 points or 0.49 per cent to 1,410.27 as at 9.15am.
Volume was 446.4 million lots worth RM79.3 million.
Gainers beat losers 311 to 59.
