Malaysia: Shares open higher on Monday

    MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 1.33 points, or 0.09 per cent, to 1,495.97 as at 9.04am.

    Volume was 286.02 million lots worth about RM156.46 million. Gainers beat losers 281 to 91.
