    MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Monday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 3.12 points or 0.21 per cent to 1,494.30 as at 9.09 am.

    Volume was 197.63 million lots worth RM59.22 million. Losers outnumbered gainers 162 to 110.
