Malaysia: Shares open higher on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 0.18 points to 1,597.59 at 9am.
Volume was 38.58 million lots worth RM10.93 million.
Gainers beat losers 89 to 51.
