Malaysia: Shares open higher on Thursday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 14.47 points, or 0.93 per cent, to 1,572.02 as at 9.32am.
Volume was 1.82 billion lots worth about RM742.33 million. Gainers beat losers 566 to 212.
