Malaysia: Shares open higher on Tuesday

    MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 2.91 points, or 0.18 per cent, to 1,586.46 as at 9.09am.

    Volume was 576.28 million lots worth about RM268.94 million. Gainers beat losers 270 to 187.
