Malaysia: Shares open higher on Tuesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 7.76 points, or 0.48 per cent, to 1,619.57 as at 9.07am.
Volume was 359.28 million lots worth about RM225.86 million. Losers beat gainers 266 to 259.
