    MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 1.57 points, or 0.10 per cent, to 1,557.08 as at 9.08am.

    Volume was 210.26 million lots worth about RM98.95 million. Gainers outnumbered losers 177 to 156.
