Malaysia: Shares open higher on Thursday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 1.860 points to 1,691.530.
Volume was 17.496 million lots worth RM7.794 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 68 to 44.
