    MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 9.14 points to 1744.77.

    Volume was 39.7 million lots worth RM11.23 million.

    Gainers outnumbered losers 123 to 22.
