Malaysia: Shares open higher on Thursday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 0.80 points to 1,644.01 at 9am.
Volume was 55.13 million lots worth RM18.49 million.
Gainers beat losers 104 to 41.
