    MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 0.73 points to 1,676.86 at 9am.

    Volume was 33.31 million lots worth RM9.15 million.

    Gainers beat losers 68 to 35.
